2/15/21 - 5/31/21

During the Spring 2021 semester, museum visits are limited to Williams students, faculty, and staff for classes and academic work. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., aligned with class needs. We look forward to welcoming you!

All visits require advance appointments. Instructors can schedule class visits with Liz Gallerani. Individual visits for class assignments can be scheduled with Liz as well, and must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. For questions, please contact Liz.

Bring only essentials to the museum. Storage for belongings is limited to designated tables in the lounge. Food and beverages are not permitted in the galleries.

Pencils only in the galleries, no pens. Laptops and cell phones are permitted.

Arrive via the main entrance only, on the patio between Lawrence Hall and Fayerweather Hall. Swipe your Williams ID outside, enter and check in with the host at the pink desk inside. The host will direct you to the gallery. Please note, the stairs from the Art History Department classroom level are closed.

Please always wear a mask and follow sanitary guidelines, to keep yourself and the community safe. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting cloths are available in the museum to clean anything you touch. You will be asked to wipe any surface and chair you used.

Stay with your group if you are visiting for a class or group tour. At this time the museum is not set up for self-guided visits. You can see a specific work of art for your class by making an appointment through Liz Gallerani.

Keep 6 feet between you and others. Seating has been set up with distance, and there are visual aids as reminders.

Questions or concerns during your time at the museum? Visitor services and museum staff are happy to help; please ask us.

Maximum capacity of each space is posted in the galleries. Visitor services will help everyone stay within safe occupancy numbers.
