Patio Program | Live falcons on the patio and bird songs performed by local band, House Sparrow.

Live falcons organized with New England Falconry.

House Sparrow is a two-person band living in North Adams, Mass. Driven by synthesizers, sleigh bells, some uniquely set up four-stringed instruments, Francesca’s heavenly voice, and a lot of rumination on nature, waiting, death, and time, band members Francesca Olsen and Joe Aidonidis combine their talents to create a dreamy wall of sound that’s worth a close listen. Formerly performing under the moniker Francesca Shanks, House Sparrow has toured extensively since 2016. The band also released a Daytrotter session and multiple live video sessions. Their full LP “Eat Honey, Taste Mud” was released Oct. 20 via Sounds & Tones Records.
