Caroline Hamilton is an Australian-born historian and writer specializing in early twentieth century dance and costume. She trained as a costume maker for ballet in Canada and she holds a M.A. in Word History and Cultures from King’s College London. Caroline currently lives in Western Massachusetts where she works as the Archives and Preservation Fellow at Jacob’s Pillow. She is the co-curator of WCMA’s exhibition Dance We Must: Treasures from Jacob’s Pillow, 1906-1940.
