5/10/13 - 6/2/13

This exhibition celebrates the culmination of each artist’s senior project. This year features the work of thirteen Williams College studio art majors: Deena Bak, Jocelyn Fifield, Heath Goldman, Nicolei Gupit, Fenn Hoffman, Tracy Hu, Emma Laukitis, NanNan Li, Muzhou Lu, Stephanie Owyang, and Emmanuel Whyte.

The work draws inspiration from diverse sources, exploring issues as black male identity, dreamscapes, marginalized urban dwellers, astrophysics, personal spirituality, order and chaos, experiences, suspension of disbelief, nature, carnival atmospheres, and storytelling.  The Class of 2013 has worked in a wide array of media including oil paint, acrylic paint, oil charcoal, pastel, sculpture, multi-media installation, and photography.
